SHIPPING POLICY

 We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.)

 There may be delays in international deliveries due to customs procedures. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility.

It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders.

MIANI cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Please contact the delivery company in case of any delay.

Please note that in such cases, you can get the most accurate information from the delivery company.


INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control, MIANI cannot be held responsible for these delays.

All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these feels may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.

Customs Duties and Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.

At MIANI, we offer free delivery on orders of 13,000 yen and above, and a delivery fee of 1,800 yen for orders under 13,000 yen for international orders.

For domestic orders, we offer free delivery on orders of 8,000 yen and above, and a delivery fee of 500 yen for orders under 8,000 yen.

In cases where the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping cost paid to the courier service.

In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 Our jewelry is made of hypoallergenic stainless steel and/or silver material but if at any rare case you do have an allergic reaction, please contact us at info@miani.com for a refund.
In this case, shipping costs will be deducted from the original payment and the rest will be refunded back to you.


All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.
 If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via info@miani.com including an image of the item in the email. Please do this within 48 hours of receiving your item.
 If it has been 48 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as "misuse by the buyer".

Please return item(s) in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
We will send you a new item of the same product in the same size as soon as we receive the item. 


Unfortunately we do not offer a free return label.
The delivery fee of the items sent for return belongs to the customer.
Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid.

*If the courier could not find a safe place to leave the parcel
*If you have not paid the customs tax (for international orders only) 
the parcel is returned to us.

When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.

Delivery charges are not refundable.

If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.
